Ms. Oriana Trombetti

Ms. Oriana Trombetti is a Public Sector Executive who has many years experience working with the Federal Government. A member of the Bar of Ontario since 1992, she has worked primarily with the Federal Department of Justice where she started as counsel and was subsequently promoted into positions of increasing responsibility and with management components.

She had the opportunity to gain experience with the federal procurement process from 1998 to 2005 when she provided legal advice and services to the Department of Public Works and Government Services and then went on to become highly involved in the sponsorship file. Prior to joining the Office of the Procurement Ombudsman, Ms. Trombetti occupied the position of General Counsel and Associate Head of Transport Canada Legal Services.

Ms. Trombetti joined the Office of the Procurement Ombudsman as the Deputy Procurement Ombudsman in March, 2008.
