I have an issue with the award of a contract

The government must conduct contracting in a manner that is consistent with fairness, openness and transparency.

The Office has the mandate to review procurement complaints regarding the award of a contract for the acquisition of goods below $30,300 and services below $121,200, where the criteria of Canada's Agreement on Internal Trade would apply.

The contracting phase of procurement includes all activities from bid solicitation to contract award, including, but not limited to: developing evaluation criteria to be used in the solicitation, responding to questions from potential bidders, evaluating competitive bids and debriefing unsuccessful bidders.
