Procurement vs. Non-Procurement Inquiries Diagram

This graphic explain how a request/complaint is treated by the OPO. Once received, the complaint is filed either to Procurement related or Non-Procurement related. The conmplaints under Non-Procurement related is rapidly resolved by reffering the complainant to the appropriate resource (Informal mandate). The complaints related to procurement are resolve by an Informal process (no investigation) or by a Formal process that file the complaint under Contract Award or Contract Administration. It is resolved rapidly or an investigation is used when appropriate. After the investigation, a report is provided to the ministers and the supplier.
