Due to the ongoing Canada Post Strike, written complaints submitted to our office by mail using Canada Post may not be delivered. Please note that complaints related to the award of a federal contract must be filed within 30 days of contract award, and a complaint is only considered filed when received.

To avoid delays, we invite you to submit your complaint online. If you have questions on how to file a complaint, do not hesitate to call us at 1-866-734-5169 or visit our FAQ.

Consult Canada Post’s website, for more information about the strike.

We will address your questions and concerns as quickly as possible.

Please look at our Frequently asked questions page where you will likely find the answers to many of your questions. The Site map and Search functions can also help you find information.
